On the concluding of Volleyball Tournament organised by RPHQ Batote under the slogan “KHELO KHEL BHOOLO NASHA” at Neel, District Ramban, today on 11.10.2022, Dr. Sunil Gupta IPS, DIG DKR Range Hqrs Batote was the Chief Guest on the occasion.
It is pertinent to mention here that during his visit to Neel of Worthy DGP J&K and on the demand of public of Neel (Bahinal) and on the directions of Worthy DGP J&K, a Volleyball tournament was organised in Neel on 01.10.2022, where 16 teams participated. A massive gathering witnessed the final match as it was the first big event in such remote area of the Ramban District which was played between MC Star and Rising star of District Ramban, in which MC Star bagged the winning trophy along with cash price Rs. 10,000 , whereas runner-up team Rising Star was given trophy and cash price of Rs.5000. Muzaffer of MC Star was adjudged with man of the tournament.
While speaking on the occasion, Worthy DIG stressed upon the Youth to indulge in the games and other activities and keep away the menace of drug from their area. DIG also assured the public that the same type of events will be held in future in the Teshil as well as in the District.
Ms. Mohita Sharma SP Ramban, SDPO Banihal Nissar Ahmed Khoja , SHO Ramsoo and number of prominent were present on the occasion.
